Returns and Exchanges
Intimate Couture gladly offer a refund or exchange policy on items returned within 14 days of receipt inclusive of clearance items. Please email us at email@example.com if you intend to return goods to our store. Intimate Couture will provide you with a Return of Goods Form that must accompany any garment returned to Intimate Couture.
Please post to the following address using Registered Post. Intimate Couture cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.

On receipt of your exchange and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund. We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt.
Intimate Couture is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case we will refund any postage costs.
Returning items: All returned items must be received by Intimate Couture in the original condition in which they were sent. The items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached and not smelling of perfume or smoke. If an item is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition the item will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Exchanges: Intimate Couture will be happy to pay for the shipment to you for the first exchange. If the price of the exchanged item is greater than the amount of the returned items the balance can be charged to the credit card for the original order with the cardholder's authorisation. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a credit.
International orders: We are happy to process international orders. Please note: The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and international shipping on outgoing and incoming packages respectively.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all briefs, g-strings and swimwear bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke or perfume.
